Remember that NYC Transit Authority ad a few years ago with the poster of herded cattle that said ''this is inhumane,'' shown next to a picture of a crowded subway car with the caption ''this is New York''? Well, take that cattle picture, throw in a few glow sticks, velvet ropes, bottles of Cristal, and pretentious people who think important and fabulous, and you have Mannahatta. I purposely come here when I visit New York just to get belittled while standing on line, glared at in the ladies' room, felt up while waiting for an overpriced, watered-down drink, and booty-grinded by random metrosexual erection-sporting Eurotrash men in the basement. Thanks, I'll save my animal instincts for the Bronx Zoo, thanks.
