In a neighborhood poorly served by drinking holes, Buttermilk is still able to overcome low expectations. Located on a less impressive stretch of a revitalized 5th avenue in Park Slope, Buttermilk provides a good drink with a great juke box. Can get very busy, especially on weekends, venture into the back seating area to score a place to sit. Bartenders are great and very attentive. Don't be surprised to see people playing board games at one of the tables.
